Unapproved Botulinum Toxin in Florida-In late November, an unlicensed osteopath in Florida injected himself and three others with a botulinum toxin. According to Allergan, Botox is the only FDA-approved and licensed botulinum toxin type A medical product in the United States. Allergan reports that the affidavit claimed that the toxin contained an estimated 20,000 units of botulinum toxin, and Allergan?
