New Products
Once-a-Day Moisturizer
Coloplast, a long-lasting, once-a-day moisturizer, is now available in a larger size container. Sween 24, now comes in a 9-ounce size.
Sween 24 also offers the first of its kind, Skin The Vital Organ, which is a skin assessment tool for helping to document a full skin assessment and meet the requirements of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for long-term care settings. Since dry skin is a big risk factor for not only pressure ulcers, but skin tears, which can possibly lead to infection, maintaining the skin’s barrier is critical to maintaining patients’ health, especially those patients who are elderly and need extra care.
